- Are aware of NAEDC’s role in the community and support our mission & goals
- Are 18 years of age or older
- Have an awareness of current health and social issues
- Live in or near the surrounding area of the Fort Belknap Indian Reservation
- Can commit to quarterly meetings, annual strategic planning, advocacy, fundraising, volunteering, and networking activities for a two-year term
