The Fort Belknap Indian Community Council, Island Mountain Realty Holdings (IMRH), the Fort Belknap Tribal Housing Authority (FBTHA), and the Tribal Transportation Program are coordinating efforts and funding to develop the Eagle Valley sub-division and construction of 33 homes.
IMRH and FBTHA are working with an engineering firm to determine the suitability to build seven homes in the southern area of the Old Hays subdivision.
IMRH and the Fort Belknap Tribal Land Department are working together on the planning and engineering for future homesites in Hays, Lodge Pole, and the Northeast Corner.
These initiatives aim to coordinate all efforts to develop new sustainable housing, foster economic growth, and increase housing options for our people.
