The Marketing Analyst position will perform a range of functions in support of market research, interpreting data, market assessment and program evaluation activities. They will also monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements. The Marketing Analyst will support the Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Director by providing data and assisting in decision-making processes regarding customer acquisition and marketing campaigns. The role would also be responsible for analysis and optimization of internal marketing projects.

  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports to key stakeholders regarding performance and success metrics of marketing acquisition channels.
  • Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
  • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain connections to the data sources for marketing purposes.
  • Study market conditions to create and propose marketing acquisition strategies.
  • Utilize marketing technology and BI tools to optimize performance and provide feedback to the Marketing Coordinator, and others in the department.
  • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
  • Identify and propose creative solutions to customer acquisition and marketing problems.
  • Identify, analyze, and compose re-marketing and re-targeting strategies to implement within the organization.
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Business, or other related fields.
  • Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst.
  • Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of and experience using statistical packages for analyzing data sets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Adept to queries, report writing and presenting findings.
  • Ability to learn and become proficient in the technology used in the fintech industry.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.


  • Master’s degree Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Business or other related fields.
  • 2+ years’ experience with Tableau.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets using big data tools.


  • Travel will be required for Professional Development, conferences, trainings, and meetings as a representative of IMDG.
  • Travel to/from IMDG locations required.
  • A valid Driver’s License required.
  • A U.S. Passport may be required for travel.


  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift-up to 25 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to access various departments of a given location.
